I realised I mixed up the delivery postcode with my sister's, I contacted Hurley Burley straight away and they said once the order is returned to them they will post it to the correct address. I followed up after over a month and was told "these things can take time"..I placed my order in early February and now we're in April - I suspect I will never receive my order, Hurley Burley have just taken my money -it doesn't take over 2 months for an item to be returned to sender. Poor customer service, will never order from them again.
Terrible customer service with no response!!
I purchased a personalised product on Not on the High Street web site, from Hurley Burley, I entered the details of engraving 4 times it missed the last letter off, on the 5th attempt it showed correct until I got confirmation of order it had reverted back to the missing letter, I emailed immediately!! the following day I got an email confirming correction, only to receive the item incorrect, I have emailed Hurley burley and Not on the High Street twice now and haven't had a reply from either company!!
such a shame as the product is very nice and was delivered promptly in very nice presentation box!!

Quality not as expected. Packaging and delivery were fast though.
I am not happy with Hurley burley i order a item from them and never recevied it when i complained they kept thobbing me off when i ask for a refund their was no response so beware don't shop with them their useless you wont received your items
Ordered a men’s bracelet with an engraved clasp. They sent it but the engraved part was facing upwards and the letters are back to front (instead of facing forwards as pictured in their advertising pictures or at least facing upwards but the right way round) I emailed them and attached a picture.
Their response was attachments of the advertised pictures telling me that’s what I ordered. Funnily enough, if my item was the same as those pictured and not upside down and back to front I wouldn’t be complaining.
A simple mistake would have been absolutely if it was resolved but the customer service was abysmal.
